Happy New Year, #MGSleuthers!

Happy New Year! I hope as you ring in this new year, it is with those you love and enjoying a fabulous time while allowing you to reflect on the year that has gone and yet full of anticipation and hopefulness for the year ahead. As I sit, pondering, my next 365 days and the writing that I plan to do, it occurs to me that each of those days presents me as a writer, the opportunity to connect with my readers in a new way. 

The new year allows me a time to dream big and to seek a whole new set of experiences and opportunities to share with you, our #MGSleuthers. As I live my life as a writer, I plan try several new things this year. I love to catalog and describe these experiences as I go, so that I can include them in my stories, characters, scenes and more. This way I can share with you a new place, a new experience, a new observation, or a new opportunity in many of the things I write.

This year - 2026 - I have a lot of writing planned for books - both with my Dorchester Sisters Novel Series and with our early reader chapter books, tween/teen mystery series, baby board books. While I'm excited about the writing itself, I'm really excited to share this new experience with you as I go along. As #TeamMGL and I go to events, book signings, and more we have so many ways to share!

Here in #MG's Journal (Blog) you will hear directly from me - my thoughts, tips, tricks, growth opportunities and more! You will also hear from my team on some things they may be working on or pursuing. We will also be creating social posts, reels, videos and more in all of our social media.
