Happy Memorial Day!

On this particular Monday moments with M. G. I think it is important to honor those who have served, past and present, and the families that support them because no one who chooses to serve - serves alone! The same is true for every first responder, firefighters, police, and anyone else who chooses to run toward the danger to protect those trying to escape….thank you!

Gratitude and family are something to honor every day. The myriad of families and their incredible diversity is always a thing of wonder and joy. Some families are built by birth and some families are built by choice and both are glued together by love, commitment and persistent perseverance. The families of those who choose to serve are examples of how support by them strengthens those who serve and we are thankful!

With gratitude to those who currently serve and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice on this Memorial Day, thank you seems like it is not enough.

Cherish those you love and with gratitude to those who choose to serve in all walks of life, we honor you this day!
